To get an estimate please call us at 1-877-954-(TIME) or fill out our Jewelry Repair Form below and we will contact you with a repair estimate. Once your estimate is received you can then send us your jewelry and we will contact you by phone upon arrival. Our experts will then examine the jewelry and will confirm the estimate via phone. There is no cost for the estimate, however, if you decide not to proceed with the repair we will ship the jewelry back to you for $15. This is to help cover the cost of shipping and insurance. On items over 5000 dollars there will be a $25 return charge.
